About Me.
Hello! My name is Travis Swiatlo. I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with experience in acute care clinical nutrition and healthcare leadership. I am a Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition (CSO) and currently work with hematology and blood and marrow transplant patients on an inpatient unit. I have an interest in promoting overall wellness with a focus on utilizing intuitive eating and mindfulness and simple and sustainable behavior changes.
The care I provide is rooted in the idea that nutrition is interconnected with all aspects of our lives. To have overall well being you need to eat well, be well, and live well. I also lean into the “Body Kindness” philosophy, which promotes treating your body with respect and being kind to yourself. In order to implement sustainable habits, you have to address all aspects of your well-being: mental, emotional, and physical. Together, we will work on developing whole body wellness awareness that can lead to life-long healthy habits.
